User Mentions Plugin

Plugin allows to mention user in any rich-text field of Redmine.

Features:

• You will be able to mention user by typing part of his name, surname or user login and selecting the desired user from the drop down list.
• When used together with the plugin «Hierarchy», link to user will open a modal window with useful contact information about the user. This will simplify the use of Redmine in a corporate environment.

How plugin «User Mentions» allows to mention users.

In any text field you can mention user. To do this, type «@» symbol and start typing the name. You will see list with available variants. Search is performed by surname, first name and user login. The desired user can be quickly selected by arrows on the keyboard and pressing «Enter». Mentioned user will be displayed as link to profile or contact information.

After saving object users will see the link to information about the user.

When used together with the plugin «Hierarchy», a new window with detailed contact information about the user will be displayed.

Plugin that changes the interface of creation standard Redmine queries and simplifies filtering of tasks.

Features:

• Upgrades interface of creation standard Redmine queries, simplifies the search for necessary values in the list.
• Allows to sort Redmine issues by multiple fields. It is not necessary to create query.
• Allows to split Redmine queries by categories in the sidebar.
• Allows to pin up important or frequently used Redmine issue queries and change their order by simply mouse dragging.

How plugin «Extra Queries» simplifies the work with standard Redmine queries.

Redmine plugin «Extra Queries» simplifies the interface of filtering and query creation. Query can be directly saved from the interface of issue filtration. The filtering interface itself will become more plain and concise.

Adding and removing filtration conditions significantly simplifies. You will be able to search for the desired field. The values of all fields will be sorted alphabetically.
 

You will be able to sort issues by multiple fields (you do not need to create a query for this). The display order of fields can be changed by dragging the mouse.

Chaotic set of links in the sidebar will be grouped by category and can be hidden in the drop-down panel. Each user will be able to pin up for themselves the necessary queries and sort them. Redmine administrator can pin up and sort queries for all user groups without the possibility of detachment. Sorting is implemented by dragging the mouse.

Single Authentication Plugin

Plugin that implements an opportunity of transparent authentication and allows the flexibility to handle security and user authentication in a corporate environment based on Ldap and Active Directory.

Features:

• Implements a transparent user authentication based on the accounts of side authentication server (for example, a domain controller Microsoft active directory) and eliminates the need to enter a password when logging in Redmine.
• Allows to display a splash screen that prevents viewing information from the screen, if the user moved away, forgetting lock the computer.
• Allows automatic user logout by timeout.
• Allows to increase security with two-factor authentication by sending SMS-messages with one-time password (Requires plugin «Hierarchy», and the corporate server of sending SMS-messages).

How SSO plugin transparently authenticates user with a domain controller Microsoft Active Directory.

• When the user tries to log in Redmine, the browser sends to the web-server information about the user logged into the system.
• NTLM-module of web-server (for example, mod_ntlm for Apache server) applies to settings specified in LDAP/AD-server asking for user authentication in a domain.
• The domain controller authenticates the user, the authentication module of web-server transmits the user login to a secure server variable.
• Redmine plugin «SSO», receives value of the user's login and authorizes it in Redmine.
• If the user does not exist in the system, and the ability to create a user on-the-fly is on, it will be automatically created and forwarded to the user's page.

   Теперь плагин Luxury Buttons корректно работает на последней версии Redmine.
   
   
2. Возможность скрытия полей на форме создания новой задачи теперь стала более гибкой
   
   
   Настройки по скрытию полей теперь привязываются к трекеру и проекту.
   В каждом проекте для каждого трекера можно настроить свои скрываемые поля на форме создания новой задачи. Для этого нужно перейти в настройки проекта. Там появилась новая вкладка «Настройки «Luxury Buttons»». 
   
   
   На открывающейся форме редактирования скрываемых полей можно настраивать как один, так и сразу несколько трекеров.
   
   
    
   
   
   
3.  Предупреждение о возможности потерять данные.
   
   
   При переключении между кнопками, если в форме кнопки уже был введен текст, появится предупреждение о возможности потерять введенные данные.
    
    
4. Поддержка языка разметки «Textile» в описании кнопки.
    
   Теперь вы сможете использовать стили Textile в описании кнопки, это даст более гибкую возможность по отображению описаний к кнопкам.
    
   
5. Автоматическое проставление «версии» в задаче по «дате начала».
       
   Появилась удобная возможность по автоматическому проставлению «версии» в задаче по «дате начала». Теперь вам не нужно выбирать версию вручную. Достаточно изменить «дату начала» и в задаче автоматически проставится версия, в которую попадает «дата начала». 
   Данная функциональность включается опционально в каждом проекте Redmine. Для этого нужно перейти в настройки проекта. И на вкладке «Настройки «Luxury Buttons»» установить флаг на данной опции.
